A top United States official has claimed to have seen “proof of things I can't discuss” when asked about UFO disclosure. Congressman for Tennessee, Tim Burchett, was speaking to CNN when asked to expand on recent claims about underwater UFOs and more.

And during the eye-opening chat, he told how he's urging US President Donald Trump to release all the information held by the government relating to UFO/UAPs and aliens – something he had previously claimed he would do during the run up to the election last year.

Rep Burchett said, when asked what he believes when it comes to extraterrestrial life on earth and what he's said: “There's some things I've seen proof of that Ican't discuss and I've urged the White House to disclose these things.

'I'm not allowed to talk about them'

“They've spent hundreds of millions of dollars researching something and you have one group telling us they don't exist while I've got the best pilots in the world telling me this thing was 14ft 'from my canopy'. I've seen things that I wish the public could see and there's a lot of unknowns – they tell us these things don't exist and then they issue these redacted reports.

“We had testimony saying they have a recovery unit, so what are they recovering? I'd like to know – it's our tax dollars and we have a right to know. For the government to think we can't handle what's going on out there, that's when the government's gotten a little too big and we need to cut their wings off.”

He went on to claim that the Pentagon has “dark money” and is studying aliens and UFO/UAPs, and called for “total disclosure” as he doesn't “see a problem with that”.

Trump made comments about this in October last year, admitting that there was “no reason not to think” that Mars and “all these planets” don't contain life on the. “Maybe it's life that we don't know, but maybe it's a different kind of life,” he said.

And, he went on when speaking on the Joe Rogan podcast: “There is a lot of interest in the people coming from space, you know . . . I have to be honest, I have never been a believer, but I interviewed jet pilots that were solid people, perfect. I mean, great pilots, great everything.

"And they said we saw things sir that were very strange, like a round ball. But it wasn’t a comet or a meteor it was something, and it was going four times faster than an F-22 which is a very fast plane.”
